Super close to train station + close to leaning tower and city centre. Felt very safe as a female solo traveller. Allowed me access to room even with early arrival. Warm, air conditioning available, very comfy bed. Super happy with my stay. I was sad to leave

Next to the train station! There's a breakfast bar there too. Also the staff was very helpful.
Cleanliness: The walls...The bathroom door.. The WiFi didn't work. There was no remote control for the TV. There was one body towel per person. The bathroom is narrow. Not convenient at all.

Great location near the train station The guy who greeted us was really friendly and helpful The property did have all the basics amenities including clean linens, a hair dryer, sachet style toiletries, even a coffee machine in the communal area
The whole property was a bit rough and ready and could have done with a lick of paint and a good thorough clean The shower in particular was very mouldy in the grouting and some items could do with replacing/mending
