The hotel is a charming hacienda property. The rooms are small but very comfortable with heaters. The restaurant is large and offers delicious food. The pool was warm and enjoyable. Staff was fabulous.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, wenn man wegen der präkolumbischen Ruinenstadt Teotihuacán da ist. Das Hotel ist direkt angrenzend und man kann es einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Des Nachts ist es sehr ruhig in der Umgebung, sofern kein bestimmter Feiertag ist an dem es überall lauter werden kann.
Die Zimmer haben weder Heizung, die durchaus benötigt werden kann, noch Klimaanlage. Englisch wird nur von wenigen Angestellten gesprochen was die Kommunikation erschweren kann.

lamentablemente no tienen ningún servicio de delivery y de comida ni de comida en el hotel, ni siquiera maquinitas dispensadoras de algo. tampoco contestaron para la facturación del estadía
