Room was clean and quiet, with separate shower and bathtub. Gym was great. Alas, I had no time to use the spa or indoor pool, but I expect they are of comparable quality.
No criticisms except that after visiting the breakfast buffet, and before eating, it would be helpful to have hand sterilizer or a WC nearby for handwashing. Sterilizer seems to be the most practical and remains important even after covid.

The location is great as is nearly in the city center and it has a parking garage next to it with good prices. The room was big and the view to the lake was amazing! The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was spacious.
The breakfast had plenty of choices but the taste was actually bland the omlette was dry. Same story at dinner…I ordered Galia poulette and it had no tase and it was too much plain rice…the room was too cold! We wanted to go to the spa but the room temperature was always 19 degrees and didn’t go up…we called a technician who said will update the display of the thermostat and increase the power to the heat valve but surprise! He didn’t.

Room was comfortable and large
Breakfast was disappointing. The scrambled eggs seemed to have been made out of reconstituted eggs. I have had much nicer breakfast buffets elsewhere.
My evening meal in the restaurant was undercooked and had to go back to the kitchen. The staff were inattentive and never asked us if we wanted a dessert, even though we would have had one if asked.
