The location is ideal, it's calm and really close to the centre.
In the room there was no kettle nor minifridge, it was a bit empty. The castingsystem (from pc to tv) doesn't work. It's a bit overpriced.

we liked the location and the staff . The dinner was also good . Breakfast was good but could have more options
We booked river facing rooms . We got a river facing room was in the basement . Recommend to provide options to select the room while booking / checking in

Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Breakfast was fantastic!
The room was a little unclean - coffee spills and cup rings - probably an oversight but off putting all the same.
