The apartment was exactly as described on the website — clean and with everything needed. Shops, restaurants, and beaches are just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is very nice and green. The manager, Ivo, was very helpful — he replied quickly to all messages, arranged an airport transfer, and gave clear information about the city. The rooftop pool is a great feature. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it because it’s not heated, and in October, the water was too cold. But the view from the pool is amazing. Some people were still swimming in the sea, though.
The only downside is that there’s no breakfast, but there’s a small kitchen in the room with everything you need, and lots of restaurants nearby.
Please note: the tourist tax is not included in the room price — it has to be paid in cash on arrival, so make sure to check this with the manager and bring some euros. Other than that, you can pay by card everywhere with no problems.
I would recommend including the tourist tax in the total room price to avoid the need for cash payment, or at least allowing guests to pay it by card on site.

The views from the rooftop pool were stunning.
Short walk to the No 6 Bus Stop that took you into the Old Town.
Ivo who ran the place was very friendly and informative. He even helped me get my hire car fixed which had a puncture. Not that you really need a car in Dubrovnik.
Bathroom was nice ( we stayed in No 12 )
Kitchen area basic but adequate.
