It is a quiet situation and the owners are friendly. You need a car to get around. Breakfast was ok - I used to get better coffee in Italy. What I liked best was the open fireplace in the reception & breakfast room.
The room is very basic. It was cold although the radiators were on and the bed was too short for my husband. Many spider webs on the ceiling.

Pleasant stay in Nature with the sound of the river next by. The Owner is very friendly ! The breakfast lovely with products from the garden and homemade Joghurt Juice and lots more . I Enjoyed my stay there. Very dog friendly . I really can recommend if you look for quiet place in between the beautiful landscape of The Lugano lake .

Such a nice place, everything you need to explore Bologna and a host that goes above and beyond in terms of recommendations and making sure the place meets expectations. I have recommended to friends already :)

Location, host Fabio was fantastic, you could park in the grounds & plenty of seating to relax & dog friendly
Felt i could have done with 2 pillows or extra in wardrobe if wanted. Evening menu was a bit limited. Driving in the area not for the faint hearted if you're not a confident driver, all the hairpin bends 😳
