Check in was smooth; friendly reception staff; very wide lobby. Rooms are clean; met my expectations. Also there’s a near Outlet Shopping mall.
I think it’s the way how the lady in the breakfast buffet spoke. Maybe she should rephrase her question towards the guests. She asked us: “do you know how a buffet works?” I get it that she wanted to guide us through its arrangement. But maybe, to make it sound less insulting, she can probably say: “May I guide you on how the buffet is arranged?” (just a suggestion)

We booked this hotel at the last minute because of a delayed flight, and fortunately, because of its enormous size and relative proximity to the airport, it still had vacancies (our preferences did not). It was expensive, and yet breakfast (which was OK) cost extra. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view.
The reception area was quite busy (as is typical of a hotel this size), but the checkout took longer than expected, because there were only two checkout clerks on duty that morning, and one was occupied training the other.
