The hotel as I said was lovely but on our 2nd evening eve came home about 11.30 and I asked the man on reception for some ice. I suspect he didn’t get pure ice and just got a small ice bucket. I woke at 6 am with dreadful cramp and these have lasted for 4 days even with medication

Our first room Superior #15 with garden view had one window going on a parking lot and the other
windows were blinded.
The hotel is not a 5* at all, no fridge in the room, no kleenex box, dated carpets on the floor going to room 15, reception without staff at times, 4* rating is adequate.
