Good location, by the close beach,closer to the city and all sightseeing attractions .
•Good breakfast.
•The car park security is top notch.
•The staff is always maintaining standards. Keep it up.
•In general the staff is very courteous, professional and friendly.
There is need to improve on the menu. Meals need to cater for an international community. The menu is the same through and through which we felt was not catering for all. Especially dinner was not something to look forward to.
Not everyone is a beef and pork eater. Why not inculcating chicken and fish in your dishes.
We felt the dishes are mainly catering for people of Indian origin, which is okay but kindly cater for all nationals.
The aircon needs upgrade. It was so noisy when switched on and hard to turn off.

The location and facilities were great
The customer service was bad. We booked a venue and also an apartment. We had to chase for everything. They make promises but hardly keep them. It takes ages to find someone from the events department to talk to. Our bill was supposed to be sent via a payment link 3 days before our event, it never came, only for someone to show up at our door 6am with a card machine and piece of paper with an amount handwritten on it saying that’s our bill.
