The location was excellent — very central with great views over the golf course, which we really enjoyed. The apartment layout was also spacious and well-suited for a short stay.
There were several issues that affected our stay. There were not enough hand towels provided for the number of bathroom sinks. The balcony door rollers were faulty, making it difficult to open and close the doors. In the main bedroom, the shower head was ineffective, and in the family bathroom, the shower head sprayed water in all directions, making it messy to use.
Additionally, the smaller bedroom window latch was not working, so the window could not be opened properly. The building was also a bit noisy — especially early Monday morning, with bins being taken out before 7am, and there was frequent noise from other residents coming and going late at night and early in the morning.
There was also no secure parking available, which we would have expected given that the building has secure bays. We had to park on the street, and were advised to be cautious as incidents can occur overnight.
