We were there for 3 night in off season ( november ) so there wasn’t much people in the whole town and also in hotel so that was nice. SPA is very clean and well equipped, roof pool is heated, location is good - in some rooms you can see Lake Garda from balcony, rooms are nice, breakfast is tasteful.

The pool area upstairs was good , the pool is nice but a little small.
The spa was also good but somewhat limited
Breakfast area was spacious with a full offering of breakfast choices
The bathroom shower temperature control was guess work !

unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price (200€ per night).
• The WiFi connection was extremely weak, and in some areas it did not work at all.
• The breakfast was very poor, with limited options, and the coffee was truly disappointing.
• The AC/ventilation system made a constant humming noise during the night, disturbing our sleep.
• The furniture was outdated, and the room felt very basic, nowhere near the standard of a luxury hotel.
• There was a noticeable lack of genuine hospitality from the parking attendant, which left a negative impression.
• The elevator had an unpleasant smell, adding to the overall discomfort.
Overall, the hotel felt overpriced and underwhelming, offering basic conditions at a luxury rate. Definitely not worth the price charged.
