Staff very friendly, location very near the city center, quiet area and nice breakfast. They were very welcoming with your 2 small dogs.

Great location...just a block from the restaurant, a short walk to the Christmas markets. Great staff...very helpful explaining where sites were located. Breakfast was good.

The receptionist was attentive.
This hotel was definitely not a good choice. The price seemed good, but as soon as we arrived, everything was terrible. It smelled of dust and mold. There was hair on the bed. We asked to change rooms, even though it was an upgrade. The second room was cleaner. In the morning, when taking a shower, the steam triggered the fire alarm, which was extremely loud. Anyway...
