Great location for exploring Amsterdam , very helpful staff, like a little oasis with its courtyard gardens, felt very safe wandering around from there on my own at times. Stayed an extra 4 days so got upgrade to a suite, so nice and bright roomy. Loved the artwork and kwirky additions to the historical buildings.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly 😊
Didn’t love the breaky but easy walk to many options.

Location great and quality of looks great also
decor and staff great, however the room we were given was above toilet and over the bar so if you don't wish to sleep perfect. Whilst the hotel did move us it was clearly an issue room, and when paying 1200 for the stay little annoying.
Attention to detail poor as was rubbish in parts of the room that was not properly checked, that was clearly built up over a length of time.
