About this house rental
Newly renovated house in Piriac-sur-Mer. It is located less than 100 meters from the beach Saint-Michel and the market, and 200 meters from the port.
It will guarantee you a weekend or a delicious week, without car, in the enchanting setting of Piriac-sur-Mer and in a house full of charm combining modernity and authenticity.
The house is on three levels:
- ground floor: entrance, living room (with TV, wifi and sofa bed + 2 extra bed), kitchen (new and fully equipped), 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190) and a bathroom with washing machine / dryer -linge + WC
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds convertible into double bed 160 in each room), a bathroom + WC
- 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (double bed 160x200), a brand new bathroom + WC
A small sunny garden and a wooden terrace will enhance your stay (attention, limited use of the lawn spring 2019, because recently sown).

Beautifully renovated town house, very close to the beach, the market, the shops; you do not need to use your car which is so nice. Piriac sur Mer is beautiful and very charming, would definitely recommend the house.

What a charming and comfortable house right in the center of Piriac sur Mer! We stayed here for a family vacation, and we all LOVED it! The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is wonderful, and the garden is just perfect! The hosts, Mariana and Emmanuel, are very helpful and accessible. It was the perfect family vacation. We will definitely be back!!

Super petit séjour ! La maison est très bien équipée fidèle à l’annonce d’Abritel et se trouve à proximité du centre bourg de Piriac et de la plage. Le jardin est très agréable et les propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette location ! Franck et Céline D.

We rented the house with family and friends in August 2021. 3 generations including teenagers :) Our stay was fantastic, the house was perfect for it.
The property is in a great location in the heart of Piriac, and has everything we needed; it is extremely convenient. The house is adorable with rooms and bathrooms on each floors, which gives family members/friends plenty of privacy. It also has a lovely garden with lounging chairs a grill, etc.
Mariana and Emmanuel went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and made sure we had everything we could need. They are absolutely lovely and so easy to work with.
We highly recommend the place
