About this house rental
The house is located in Belle-Ile-en-Mer in a small holiday resort, quiet, built in 1998 in the style of the Belle-Ile longhouse villages, very well maintained, large private garden, heated pool, parking; in the heart of the town of Locmaria, 100 m of small food shops and 250 meters from the sandy beach of Port Maria, 2 kms from 'Great sands' largest sandy beach of Belle Island where there is a sailing school, especially for children; Many other beaches and hikes and sights to see.
The houses are located on the cliff overlooking the sea, behind the scrub, and are surrounded by greenery.
Locmaria since it is easy to spread by car, bike or foot from coastal paths passing nearby. You can find nearby farm products.
Our little house in joint ownership is equipped for 4 / 5personnes with ground floor and first floor.
The ground floor comprises:
- An entrance with staircase leading upstairs and WC,
- A living room with kitchenette (including dishwasher and washing machine), table for five people, two sofa beds and a trundle bed, coffee table, TV - SE oriented terrace with garden furniture, facing the sea and overlooking the great lawn directly accessible.
Upstairs:
- Landing with small dresser,
- Bedroom with 140 bed, wardrobe and bedside tables, possibility folding cot on request. (Linen supplied beds)
- Bathroom with tub / shower and sink.
The heated and well fenced swimming pool is available from around Easter to late September.
The animals may be authorized but must be leashed in the residence.

Très bon séjour. Vue sur la mer superbe et en plus météo au beau fixe qui nous a permis de découvrir les splendeurs de Belle Île..Magnifiques randonnées autour de l'île avec peu de monde sur les chemins..Volontiers je conseille cette location en plus à l'écart de la foule de Le Palais qui incite au repos .

Très agréable location, très confortable, rien ne manque ! L’endroit est très calme, avec une superbe vue sur la mer sans vis à vis. L’accueil par Anita a été très chaleureux. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances à Belle île ! Seul bémol la moquette à l’étage qui m’a occasionné des allergies.
