This bright and friendly apartment with 3 bedrooms in Boltenhagen is ideal for an active family holiday on the Baltic Sea. Wi-Fi is available for this apartment and is free of charge. Facilities There are two separate bedrooms available. In one is a comfortable double bed, in the other two single beds. For small guests, a travel cot, a high chair and a wagon are included.  The apartment includes a shower room and an additional guest toilet. Furthermore, there is an open plan kitchen with equipped kitchenette and adjoining dining area. From the living area with satellite TV, stereo and DVD player, you can access both the south-facing terrace and the second, east-facing, beautiful terrace. While your car is parked in the underground car park reserved for you, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Baltic Sea with bicycles. Special features As a special advantage of the apartment, the two sun terraces in south or east orientation, which create a lot of light in the apartment and where you can enjoy sun-kissed hours throughout the day. 3 bikes are included. A safe for your valuables is available. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. A year-round beach chair Henning am Strandingang 1 is reserved for you dear guests and can be used free of charge. If required, an additional outdoor parking space can be rented at the neighboring house for a fee of € 10.00. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the bikes provided. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement bicycles can take over, if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes and the wagon are offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can see the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
