A small apartment suitable for two people, clean and equipped with all the essentials - you can even cook if you want.
It is about a 15–20 minute walk from the city center, which is a convenient distance, and around 15 minutes from Bologna Centrale station.
The staff was very helpful and responsive, with quick communication.
During peak hours, there was no hot water because it was shared with the entire building, so it was a bit of a matter of luck whether you would have hot water available for your shower.
The shampoo provided was in very small quantities and definitely not enough for a two-day stay.
One side of the bed felt slightly uneven.

Davide was very communicative, even when our train was delayed from Florence. He was at the apartment when we arrived and kindly shared information about the area and places to visit.
The most direct walk from the train station was less populated and felt more exposed. Finding a route through the more populated part of Bologna alleviated any issues.
