Casa molto bella e appena rinnovata
Il gestore non ha comunicato per nulla. Per il check in abbiamo aspettato per 10 minuti davanti all’appartamento, poi la porta si è aperta automaticamente senza che nessuno ci avesse detto che il gestore non si sarebbe presentato di persona. Sarebbe stato carino comunicarcelo via app o via whatsapp.
Ma la cosa più grave è che la mattina, prima dell’orario di check out, la porta dell’appartamento si è aperta automaticamente con noi ancora dentro, ed una persona inviata dal gestore stava per entrare nell’appartamento, perché secondo loro avevano ricevuto una nostra telefonata da noi (mai fatta) che diceva che eravamo senza luce. Secondo voi il gestore ha scritto o telefonato per scusarsi? Zero!
