Quite, Secured, near metro station, central station, all access is quiet excellent. Near there is a super shop you can find all the things.
I didn’t like the basement backpacker’s room. I opened the windows for fresh air. There are dust beans outside near windows.

Place is near public transport stops, so that's an easy movement in city. No noise from the city or trams as apartment windows were oriented not to the street. Overall there is a chance that I would recommend the place to a friend.
Sleeping sofa wasn't comfortable. Our 8 year old could sleep in it, but for an adult it is very uncomfortable. Apartment looks clean, but when time goes the dirty spots start to appear, like spots on furniture, lamps. Also walls need new paint.

There was only a thermostat that never cooled the room.
The room was very hot as the weather was hot and the fan would not be enough. Even when we try to lower the temperature a little it would not stay to that temperature.
As a result, we had to open some windows whoch swarmed us with mosquitoes
It was marked as having a double bed but it was 2 singles pushed together so it was a bit uncomfortable
