About this cottage rental
You will stay in a typical hamlet of the Gorges du Tarn, nestled between cliffs and river.
The Côté Jardin gite is one of the rare houses to have a garden by the water in the Gorges du Tarn.
Our gîte, renovated in 2012, offers 3 *** comfort with wifi.
It accommodates 4 people with 1 bedroom on 38 m2 on the ground floor in the lower part of the house.
A 24 m2 living room / kitchen with sleeping accommodation for 2 people (bench with 2 pull-out beds of 80 cm) with 2 south and west terraces with river and garden views for sunbathing and watching the canoes go by or dining in the shade under the vines (lounge , barbecue).
A bathroom with shower and a toilet. A bedroom with sleeping 2 people (140 cm bed) and storage).
Equipment: wifi, satellite tv, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 82 cm LCD TV, DVD, mini-chain, vacuum cleaner. Regional library, IGN maps and guidebooks.
The House has a garden with LPO refuge of 300 m2 by the river. The garden is shared with another gite.
Our cottage has been awarded the Green Key environmental label since 2010. We provide you with free ecological cleaning products.
Baby welcome with free loan of cot and high chair.
Pets not allowed.
Bathing place within walking distance 50 meters. Beaver watching at the foot of the cottage. Departure of hiking trail directly from the village.
You will be ideally located less than 30 minutes from the essential places in the Gorges du Tarn region and 5 minutes from Sainte Enimie. Our hamlet is located in the Cévennes National Park and in the Causses Cévennes territory registered on the list of World Heritage of Humanity by Unesco in 2011.
We exclusively offer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Wir waren mit zwei Personen eine Woche im September in der unteren Wohnung im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann alles bestätigen, was Sylvia B. in ihrer positiven Bewertung schreibt. Da die Wohnung unterhalb des Niveaus der nahen Straße liegt und zum Fluss hin orientiert ist, konnten wir ohne Ruhestörung bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Pougnadoires ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für abwechslungsreiche Wandertouren am schönsten Abschnitt des Tarn und auf den Hochebenen der Causses. Bei Niedrigwasser kann man direkt neben dem Haus durch den Fluss waten, um den gegenüberliegenden Wanderweg zu erreichen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans la maison du hameau de Pougnadoires tout au bord du Tarn. La maison était très agréable face à la rivière et à la falaise. Avec sa terrasse et son enclos abrité, nous étions vraiment au calme. Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques et nous ont donné de nombreux tuyaux pour visiter la région et trouver de bons restaurants. Nous avons pu randonner jusqu'à St Enimie, descendre le Tarn en kayak et faire une promenade en bateau à la Malène, visiter les villes et villages entre le Rosier et Florac, mais aussi sur les Causses de Sauveterre et de Méjean, voir l'Aven d'Orgnac... sans oublier les baignades à St Chély les restaus,...
