Ausreichend Platz und alles, was man braucht für mindestens 12 Leute (+X). Pool, Billard, Tischtennis, Kicker. Surround Sound System. Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Strand Nähe. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. (Man muss sich aber VORHER telefonisch melden.)
ICH wusste es vorher, aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es viele überraschen wird: Strom und Heizung werden EXTRA ABGERECHNET und von der Kaution abgezogen, die man ZUSÄTZLICH zum Booking.com Preis zahlen muss. (Kann mir vorstellen, dass einige diese leicht versteckte Info überlesen.)

Das Haus war gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere das Schwimmbad.
Mobiliar und Sauberkeit haben Spielraum nach oben.
