About this villa rental
The well-finished villa is located in a quiet location in the hills of Les Issambres. Within 1,500 m you can reach the port with regular ferry, restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. The access to the property is very pleasant, which is not always the case in the region due to numerous very bad or untarred roads. The centre of Les Issambres with all the shops of daily needs as well as various beaches can be reached in about 1,500 m – 2,000 m.
The modern style villa has a spacious and open plan living space of approx. 230 m² on two levels.
The ground floor offers a very spacious living-dining area with an adjoining, fully equipped, open kitchen. On this level there are also two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with every comfort. The upper floor offers two further very nice bedrooms with a large terrace with a wonderful view and two further bathrooms.
All rooms on the ground floor have access to the spacious terrace with integrated swimming pool (10.90 x 4.50 m) with overflow technology and a modern alarm system as well as a jacuzzi. The view to the east is completely free over the undeveloped green landscape, a beautiful sea view you have past the neighboring property in front towards the south. Directly next to the kitchen is the adjacent covered terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue.
The villa is equipped with practical sliding windows with electric shutters. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. SAT-TV in the living room and Wi-Fi internet access are also available.
The property is completely closed and opens up through an electric entrance gate. In the lower part of the property there is a garden with a petanque court. There is direct access to the house from the garage.

Wonderful stay that the whole family loved.
The swimming pool and hot tub got plenty of use.
And if you felt a bit more energetic then a stroll down to the beach which took about 20mins,longer coming back up.and you could always go by sea ferry to saint tropez.from the port

Our group of four couples chose this property from a shortlist of three, predominantly due to the lower price than the others and this needs to be considered in the comments below.
The property is nicely laid out with lots of space and privacy. There are a few things that are now "tired" and in need of replacing or renovation in order to bring it up to a good standard (eg there is a selection of mismatching sun loungers, two of which are ripped; only four rattan seats outside which is not much good for eight adults; the kitchen needs some attention; overflow area for the infinity pool needs a good clean).
Location - great views across the hillside. However, views also mean hills and the road down to the village is not really safe to walk along, particularly at night. A car is therefore essential. Les Issambres is a very pleasant coastal village with a selection of bars and restaurants. Good ferry service to St Tropez.
Overall, recommended but not able to give a 5/5 rating due to the things highlighted above.

We had the luxurious pleasure of staying at Villa Perdrix in July 2018. We had a long journey from Denmark to France and it was amazing to be greeted by the Pascal family upon arrival, who had a Rosé wine on cool for us. The property was nicely cleaned and had the basic items in place for us, to avoid immediate trip to the grocery store (soaps, papir, etc..).
When you reach the porch you have no doubts why you fell for this place in the advertisement. There’s an extraordinary view across hillsides and valleys and you can see the ocean at a far. There’s a cool breeze that can hit you due to the openness of the location and you just fall in love with the view. Once you settle in you find that all things fall together nicely in this house. There’s so much space and options to get your luggage stowed away. The individual bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly suited for privacy demands. Each room has air-conditioning to serve the individuals of that particular room. With 4 kids and a total of 15 devices in demand for WiFi connection it can be an issue to get bandwidth, so as stated in the property description, don’t expect high bit-rates. However there’s a very nice 4G coverage so if roaming is no issue, you’ll get fast data access. Why use data?-> Well it allows fast upload of video to share with friends and family and keeping in contact with those you hold dear.
With both an outdoor kitchen and an indoor kitchen there’s plenty of space to have 3-4 persons preparing the dinner at the same time. All accessories you need are in the kitchen, so at least our demands were nicely covered. The outdoor area is protected from direct sun and served all our meals enjoying the beautiful view while dining.
There’s a washing machine in the basement, so you don’t need to bring tons of clothes if you’re up for washing and drying.
We had the most relaxing vacation ever in this house. We know its above rates of other facilities, but you shouldn’t underestimate the value of having space, view, accessories and a very nice pool that allows you to recharge your batteries on a vacation to this property. All our best recommendations for this house.
Regarding rental and contract we used Homeaway that forwarded the communication to Azurrental, where Vera Birgel did an outstanding service of communication and signing the contract. Instructions, material, key upon arrival, payment – everything just went so smooth that you really feel treated by professionals.
