The family-run house is located in a quiet area, close to the forest and surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Sella and Porta Vescovo mountain groups. It’s the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and snowshoeing. The ski lifts can be reached within a few minutes from the center of Arabba.
Renovated in 2025, the house welcomes guests in functional and well-kept apartments featuring wooden floors, separable beds, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, and underfloor heating throughout. After an active day, each unit offers a private bio-sauna — perfect for relaxing and recharging.
Guests also have access to a shared wellness area with a Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, and sensory shower, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, a heated ski storage room, and a bike room.

In addition to winter sports, this place is also suitable (in summer) for mountain bike excursions, motorbike tours through the Dolomites, and hiking along fantastic itineraries such as the Passo Padon, Marmolada Pass, Sella Gruppe and Monte Civetta.

Alles in Allem schöner Urlaub im praktisch eingerichtet Haus, allerdings ist die Lage etwas zu weit vom Ort entfernt, mit 1,5km. Direkter Zugang zur Skipiste nicht mehr vorhanden.
