About this apartment rental
The complex lies in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, amidst olive trees and oak woods, and is located just 3 km from Colle di Val d'Elsa, at a distance of 13 km from San Gimignano, 15 km from Siena and 45 km from Florence.
It was built in the 80's and was recently renovated in the typical local style. The building was converted into two apartments, a large one (villa) and a smaller one (two-room).
In the spacious garden of the house, surrounded by olive trees, guests will find a swimming pool where they can relax and sunbathe, plus there is also the opportunity to go for long walks (in the woods, olive groves and vineyards) and hiking, even with a guide.
The apartments are surrounded by plants and a garden which is furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue.
On our premises, upon request, you can book a lunch or a dinner with personal chef at your home, who can also give lessons on traditional Tuscan cuisine.
This three-room apartment has a large kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher, plus small appliances such as a toaster and American coffee maker.
The kitchen is equipped with a fireplace, wood-burning stove and a TV (non-satellite), and has an windowless bathroom with shower.
There are three bedrooms, one double bedroom, one bedroom furnished with two single beds and a small bedroom, in passing, furnished with two single beds. There is a second larger bathroom without a window with a shower and washing machine.
All rooms have access to the front garden, with two gazebos and a wide outdoor space.
Each apartment has an independent heating system that allows you to warm up on the coldest days, non-satellite televisions, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
The complex is surrounded by five hectares of land with woods, olive trees, vineyards and cultivated fields where you can go for walks surrounded by nature.
The location has a central position from where you can easily reach most of the famous cities in Tuscany. In a short time you can reach Florence (km.45), Siena (15 kms), Volterra (25km), San Gimignano (12 km), the Chianti region (12 km), the Crete Senesi (km 60) and the Tyrrhenian coast (100 km).
You can, as well, easily reach various supermarkets (3 km), golf courses and tennis courts, horse riding, archery, a bike path and a bike rental shop (1 km).
The price includes:
- bath, bed and kitchen linen
- use of the pool
- Wi-Fi
- final cleaning
The price does not include:
- heating costs: according to consumption at a cost of 1.5 euro/hour
- deposit: 150 euro
- extra bed with bed linen: 50 euro / week

Search for Case Viacanze Risoino in GPS to find it! Great base for San Gimignano, Volterro and Monteriggioni!The pool wasn’t opened yet due to late Spring but it also wasn’t very accessible from our apartment.The rooms were comfortable, though there was only one queen bed, but we knew that going into the rental. Refreshing patio area.Apartment looks just as pictured, no false advertising. Sturdy, secure doors! Constantin was a pleasure to work with! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
