The location is absolutely perfect, property has everything you need. Was cold when we arrived, but warmed up very quickly.
Staithes itself is an incredible village, just amazing, we’ll be back.

Really good communication about how to find the property and how to get the keys. The cottage was lovely, very clean, well decorated and welcoming. It was in a great location, east to get to the car park and all of the facilities in Staithes.

Bed uncomfortable sunk in in the middle .. no parking in general or parking permit… people with difficult in walking will struggle .. no kindle left for fire or wood as it states so we had to buy them .. when i took of the bottom sheet off the mattress was stained …and the shower was slippery and the shower mat was curled up behind sink and had black mould on it so didn’t use … the grill rack i was going to use was rusty so could not use
