Tignes Val Claret: Beautiful residence "Grand Roc (Val Claret)", renovated. In a quiet position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 30 m from the skiing area. In the complex: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, shopping centre 200 m, restaurant, bakery 100 m, bus stop 400 m. Skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 100 m, sled run, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Espace Killy. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Guarded residence. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Val Claret.

Wohnung liegt neben Lift, Piste und Skikndergarten. Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort. Mit 6 oder gar 7 stelle ich mir sehr sportlich vor. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber sehr klein. Das WC kann nur jemand nutzen, der einen guten Bodymass-Index besitzt, ansonsten muss die Tür ausgegangen werden. Ein ausgiebiger Putz würde der Wohnung gut tun. Sie ist nicht extrem schmutzig aber auch nicht richtig sauber. Wird wahrscheinlich immer nur kurz gewischt.
