About this apartment rental
Sunny, quiet, modern and high quality equipped 2-room.-Apartment (52 sqm, new building) with a large balcony in the heart of Ludwigsburg.
Ideal for business stays and vacations alike. Good starting point for exploring the city of Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area.
5 minutes walk to the market square, all shops, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
10 minutes on foot to the train station and the ZOB as well as to the baroque Residenzschloss with blooming baroque.
Excellent S-Bahn connection to Stuttgart, travel time: 16 minutes to Stuttgart main station.
The apartment is located in the courtyard of two newly built apartment buildings.
Equipment: underfloor heating, electric shutters, LED cable TV, box-spring double bed, sofa bed in the living room, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with integrated oven, coffee machine, Nespresso machine (capsules available from us), kettle, toaster, washing machine with integrated tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
WiFi free of charge.
Bathroom with floor-level shower and glass partition, towel dryer, hair dryer.
Hand and shower towels as well as bed linen are available and included in the rental price.
A cellar room is available to guests for stowing suitcases and storing drinks, etc.
For stays of less than one week there is a final cleaning fee of € 45.-.
When occupying 3 people, an additional € 20 per night will be charged.
Underground parking is subject to availability for a fee of € 5.- / to be rented per day.

This apartment is a must when visiting Ludwigsburg. It was spotlessly clean and spacious. It was very modern and lovingly furnished with comfortable and practical furniture. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and it had a washer/ dryer available in the unit. A nice little balcony was available to use as well. The bedroom had ample hanging and storage and a super comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Quality limen and towels were appreciated. The bathroom was large and airy. Parking as available for a small fee, with lift access to the third floor. Heaps of restaurants and shopping centre within a 3 minute walk. The neighbourhood was safe and secure and a pleasure to be in. Our hosts were very communicative and responsive, we would highly recommend staying at this apartment.
