Washer and dryer are available in a separate room to use.

sehr schöne Wohnung;

Für zwei Personen ausreichend große FeWo mit sehr schönem großem Balkon. Außenanlage gepflegt mit Grill und schöner Wiese. Liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich am Waldrand. Schönes modernes Bad. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Einrichtung (Polstermöbel; Bettwäsche) könnte mal erneuert und etwas moderner angschafft werden. Ein paar Informationsflyer zu Ausfluszielen in der Umgebung finde ich gerade für Spontanurlauber nicht schlecht.
Ansonsten angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir verbachten Ende Juli bis Anfang August eine schöne Woche in der kleinen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach. Sie ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, vermisst wurde lediglich eine Haushaltsschere. Ebenfalls war in unserer Wohnung keine Mikrowelle, was aber nicht schlimm war, zumal Ofen und Herd vorhanden sind. Der Balkon hat Ostausrichtung, sodass nach 16h kein Sonnenschein mehr auf der Balkonseite ist.
Das W-lan läuft sehr stabil!
Die Sackgassenlage ist besonders für Familien ideal, sehr ruhig ist es durch die nahe Landstraße allerdings oft nicht (LKWs etc.).
Walkenried ist wirklich ideal für Aktivurlauber: in und um Walkenried gibt es zahlreiche beschilderte Wanderwege und auch Mountainbike Strecken. Die touristischen Ziele des Harzes (z.B. Thale, Brocken), können in einer Stunde Autofahrt erreicht werden.
Alles in allem hat uns der Urlaub und die Fewo sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern verlief problemlos und wir wurden freundlich empfangen.
