In the house: central heating system. Storeroom available. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 850 m, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 800 m, bar, café, bicycle rental 850 m, bus stop 10 km, railway station 40 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km. Skisport facilities 850 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochrindl-Alpl 850 m, Turrach 20 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim 24 km. Hiking paths: Nockberge. The ski area stops every year on 15 March. The nearest area, open until mid-April is Turracher Höhe and Schiregion Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Haus i.O. Man muss auch im Sommer extra Heizung berechenen. Schwer mit Navi zu finden. Angegebene Koordinaten entsprechen der Hauslage nicht ganz. Dorfs Mini Market nicht weit entfernt (Lebensmittel, nur bis Mittag offen).

Wer entspannen und die Ruhe genießen möchte ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Als Städter ist man dies kaum gewohnt. Aufgrund der dort herrschenden Dunkelheit konnte man so viel Sterne sehen wie ich es bis dahin noch nicht erlebt habe. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und die Aussicht Traum. Für Mountainbiker gibt's dort eher weniger Strecken jedoch zum Wandern ist es sehr schön.

Sehr positiv möchte ich mich über die Kontaktperson vor Ort M.Z.äußern , netter und unkomplizierter kann man gar nicht sein. Sie hat alle Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Großes Lob. Das Objekt an sich hat einige Mängel, die behoben werden müssen: zum Beispiel ist die Klinke der Haustür von innen defekt, der Türgriff muss neu verschraubt werden. Die Toilettentür der Gästetoilette konnte nicht verschlossen werden und die Reinigung könnte auch etwas gründlicher sein. Ansonsten war alles ok.
