About this apartment rental
Our idyllic ground floor apartment for 3 persons is located in a good location of Lindau with good infrastructure.
The apartment is located in a cul de sac and has been lovingly furnished. The parking lot for the apartment is located directly in front of the house and can be used free of charge. We also provide you with towels and bed linen available.
The spacious apartment with about 60 sqm has a beautifully furnished living room with kitchenette and dining area. There is also a cozy bedroom with direct access to the newly renovated and modern bathroom. Furthermore, there is a sofa bed in the living room. For infants a travel cot can be provided if needed.
The apartment is located around nature with the view to the garden, to the orchards and access to a private terrace.
Here you can experience a very special holiday
A bus stop is about 70m, the nearest bakery about 600m and the lake (Island) about 2.5 km from the apartment.
The tax is to be paid locally (2 euro per person per day / 1 30 euros for children aged 6-16 years).
In the period April to 15th October, you can take the Lindauer guest card with the buses of Stadtwerke Lindau.

Wir haben eine schöne Urlaubswoche in der Motzacher FEWO verbracht.
Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad erfüllen alle Erwartungen.
Terrasse und Schlafzimmer benötigen mal eine kleine Überarbeitung .
Alles in allem würden wir das Objekt aber weiterempfehlen .

Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage in der Fewo von Familie Müller in Lindau. Wir hatten die Fewo im EG, welche bei heissen Sommtertage sehr angenehm ist. Die Fewo bietet eine überdachte Terrase und einen Parkplatz fürs Auto. Die Fewo liegt in Mitten von Obstgärten und die Fewo liegt verkehrsgünstig für Unternehmungen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden damit gewesen.

Die Wohnung wird mit 2 Schlafräumen angegeben, was nicht stimmt. Es gibt nur einen Schlafraum und das Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangsraum zum Bad. Der Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche ist spartanischen eingerichtet, Es fehlt ein Tisch und gemütliche Sitzmöbel. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung im Souterrain mit Blick auf ein Parkhaus. Alles in allgemeine 3 -4.
