About this villa rental
Casa Julia is a spacious,traditional style villa with a private swimming pool set amongst palm trees in pretty, landscaped gardens. The villa is in a quiet residential area approximately 1 mile walking distance of the centre of Moraira, where there are sandy beaches, a yacht marina, and an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.
The property is ideal for families and has 3 bedrooms, one double bed with an en-suite shower room, a twin room, and a room with a single bed and bunk bed. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower.
The villa has a large sitting area with a fireplace and wood burner, and a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, and large dining area that can seat up to 10 people. There is also a well equipped utility room with washing machine and additional drinks fridge.
Casa Julia has a large garden with a private pool with circular steps, and a terrace, with views over the mountain side. The terrace has a covered naya, barbeque and an outside table for dining al fresco. The villa is set in a private,well established garden, amongst an abundance of beautiful palms. There is also a petanque pitch where you can enjoy a game of boules, and a ping pong table.
The local area has so much to offer in all seasons, with stunning clear water beaches and coves to explore, family experiences such as boat and paddle board hire, water parks and go karting, a large number of bike trails for those who enjoy road and mountain biking ( the villa has a designated area to store bikes safely) and plenty of beautiful coastal and inland paths for those who enjoy walking. Moraira itself has an abundance of restaurants to suit all, whether it’s tapas or a traditional paella of the region.

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and comes with all the necessary amenities. Both indoors and outdoors are very comfortable – the terrace offers a beautiful view, and we enjoyed having barbecues (although the BBQ wasn't entirely clean when we arrived). The villa is a bit dated, especially noticeable in the kitchen and bathroom, but everything works well and nothing was lacking. The beds varied in comfort: the single beds were very comfortable, while the double mattress was a bit firm. The pool is large and lovely, though a bit cold – especially when the weather isn't particularly sunny. The ping pong table was a fun bonus that we made good use of.It's helpful to have a car at this location, though with a car you're just a short drive away from the village. Communication with both the owner and the local contact person was excellent. All in all, a great spot for a relaxing holiday!

The accommodation suited all ages
Location was very private in a very pleasant area not far to the main facilities and beach.Note car needed.
We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this holiday home .

La casa es una maravilla, amplia, tranquila y cómoda. Su ubicación, aunque algo retirada de la playa o el centro de la ciudad, es ideal para pasar unos días ya que no tienes el agobio de la gente pero lo tienes todo cerca. Lo único que recomendaría a los dueños ( que por cierto son encantadores y nos atendieron en todo momento) sería cambiar el personal o empresa de limpieza ya que la misma dejaba mucho que desear. La limpieza es sin duda lo que estropea la estancia, ya que por lo demás es una casa y un enclave espectacular.
