Greystone is a very spacious holiday home, with large bright rooms all having views over the beautiful Gower countryside.
Downstairs
• Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans.
• The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 12 people comfortably. The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. A large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory.
• The conservatory is a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, it has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the surrounding countryside.
• Bathroom one: located downstairs has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs there is a landing giving access to 4 bedrooms and the two bathrooms. (the 5th bedroom is located downstairs) Bathroom two hosts a walk in waterfall shower, separate bath, toilet and basin. Bathrooms three has a large walk in waterfall shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom one:
A large, tastefully decorated light and spacious bedroom with a king bed and two single beds. It has and a double aspect where you can see the sun rise and set. Ideal as a family room.

This bedroom has two single beds. It has a velux window so you can star gaze at night.

There is parking for three cars on shared the drive. Additional parking can be paid for in the car park opposite, at a discounted rate if arranged in advance.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious. The house is perfectly situated above Mewslade and is ideal for multi- generational holidays. The hosts are welcoming and discrete. Thank you very much indeed and we would love to come back to Greystones again.

We all enjoyed staying in this property, which is ideally situated for costal walks and overlooks mainly farm land. We would not hesitate to book this property again as it stands; however, we understand that work will be carried out this winter that will make the property smaller.
One minor drawback is that the broadband service in the Gower peninsular is not good; bring DVDs rather than rely on the likes of Netflix if you want to watch films.

We know the Gower very well and this was the nicest place we’ve stayed. The house was very clean and well thought out and the garden was lovely. Easy walk to Mewslade beach or a longer one to Rhossili - or a very quick trip on the road if you have lots of beach gear to carry! Lots of other beaches and activities in reach. Highly recommend the little bakery at the Gower Heritage Centre, open 9-3 in the summer.
