The Jungle Villa

we’re expecting to spend 2 nights in jungle : we got it ! We had a 2 bedrooms villa the kids were very happy to explore the area, super closed from monkey forest and ubud market. Good warung on the way to the Villa. Don’t forget to close your door or frogs and lézard will come in, kids were fascinating by those small friends

The room were a bit too dark, as expected since the vegetations is quite dense.

We had a wonderful stay at The Jungle Villa. The atmosphere of the rainforest is truly magical — peaceful, surrounded by huge trees, and separated from the busy center of Ubud. The villa was clean and well-maintained, with a spacious bathroom and a smaller but comfortable bedroom. We loved the pool overlooking the jungle and the quiet terrace for morning coffee. The path to the villa is a bit narrow, but since it’s the last one on the street, it’s very private and calm. The service was excellent — pickup by scooter from the main road, luggage transport, and help with organizing trips (we booked Mt. Batur). The location is also convenient, about 10 minutes by taxi to central Ubud, with a couple of nice cafés nearby.

Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The only downside was slightly older bed linen.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the scenery is gorgeous and the general location was convenient. The staff were also lovely and very helpful.

I fear the property has seen better days, it felt like maintenance and upkeep has been neglected slightly. I think this is a management issue as opposed to an issue with any of the onsite staff though. It didn’t detract much from the enjoyment of our stay but I don’t think the price reflected the quality.

If you like nature , this is good

There are some things that needs to be fixed. I hope they will take action to fix it.
