Siamo stati in questa struttura in occasione della Semi-Marathon de Paris. Ottima location situata sia nei pressi della partenza che dell'arrivo della gara (soprattutto molto vicino all'arrivo in Place de la Bastille) che ci ha permesso di evitare eventuali code al deposito borse e rientrare subito in appartamento.
La struttura era indicata come "doppi servizi" ed è stato quello il motivo per cui ho prenotato proprio quella struttura. Mi aspettavo 2 bagni completi di WC, lavabo e doccia mentre invece c'erano 2 docce e 2 lavabi ma il WC era in un solo bagno ed essendo in 6 ospiti, questo ha causato qualche intoppo. In ogni caso i 2 locali adibiti a bagno erano puliti e in ordine e la presenza di 2 docce e 2 lavabi è stata da noi molto apprezzata

Mejoraría: tener a disposición las instrucciones de uso de electrodomésticos y calefacción. Agregaría alguna manta más de abrigo para las camas.

There was so much to like about this property! It was exceptionally clean, beautifully styled and is in a fantastic location for convenience and for Parisian beauty without the massive amount of tourists of other perhaps more popular locations. The hosts left such high end delicious chocolates and a message for our stay since we were here over Christmas it really set the mood for our stay.
Everything went smoothly and there was no need to contact them during our stay.
