About this house rental
The house has a private access that can ideally accommodate 6 people + baby with a walled garden and close to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants. The terrace is facing south for casual meals (barbecue).
Ground floor: entrance, living room, kitchen with old stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toilet. Large garage with washing machine, freezer.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm), 1 bathroom (shower-bath).
Outside: Terrace very sheltered, lawn, living room of garden, barbecue and privative carparks. On the back of the house a large outdoor dryer.
The peninsula offers more than 120km of coastal paths with the famous GR34, many water sports, trips to the sea, many beaches with spots for skiing, hikers and / or amateur photographers of nature. will find exciting natural spaces.
We are waiting for you on the Presqu'île with in summer all the seasonal activities like the musical Tuesdays of Morgat, the themed evenings and other markets!

Agréable maison, déco des années 60.
Nous avons bien apprécié sa fraîcheur pendant cette période caniculaire.
Située très proche de la plage et des commerces, tout se fait à pieds.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Aucun problème à signaler ! Les atouts sont nombreux :
- la maison est idéalement placée et dispose d'un emplacement de parking dans l'allée qui mène au garage. Elle est située dans une impasse, bien au calme. Le confort est certes rudimentaire mais c'est suffisant et surtout conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Donc pas de surprise ! De plus, elle dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Enfin, M. Ménesguen, le propriétaire, est très sympa, disponible et réactif à toutes demandes. Super séjour dans un bel endroit. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison, idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la plage et du port, mais aussi des commerces et restaurants, dans un environnement très calme.
L’accueil du propriétaire est également très appréciable, nous conseillant sur les sites à visiter et activités nombreuses à faire sur Morgat et aux alentours.
Bref, de superbes vacances dans une très belle presqu'île : à recommander !
