One of the beds in our room was so old/poor quality that the legs were bending, it wobbled a lot every time you moved, truly felt like it was going to break at any minute. The bunk beds are also very weak and not suitable for teenagers. We booked 2 rooms and were changed to a “family room” which was not what we wanted or needed, but they were resistant to changing us to what we had booked and paid for. Owners are lovely so this was frustrating.
