A perfect place for your summer in Crete! A renovated apartment in the beautiful village of Plakias is ready to make true the summer holidays you were looking for! Its location is perfect for people who love to stay in picturesque seaside village just a few meters away from a sandy beach and all daily amenities! Ideal to spend quality time with your family or friends! At the same time you have easy access to all amazing beaches like exotic Preveli with the famous palm forest!
The space
This apartment is ideal if you want to spend some quality time with your family or friends. Located just 2 minutes away from the beach and from the beautiful village of Plakias, it will make your holidays much easier and comfortable than you think.
Indoor area
Entering your apartment you will find a spacious living room/dining room with furniture where you can relax with your company. There's an LCD TV set with satellite and a DVD player where there is also an input for a USB stick. In the same area there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary home appliances such as oven ,electric cooker, a fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster for a self-catered family holiday. Right next to the living area there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and a balcony just in front of the swimming pool where you can relax, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. A bathroom with shower cabin also available.
Exterior area
A spacious common pool area is provided in back of this apartment offering you relaxing moments. The best part is that a small snack bar operates in this area where you can enjoy either a meal if you don’t feel like cooking or a nice cocktail in the evening by the pool!

It is set in a really peaceful scenery with excellent sea and sunset views, but in the same time in a five minute walking distance from the facilities of the village. Plakias is a very lively place where you can find super markets, "tavernas", restaurants and caffee shops, souvenir shopping, nice cocktail bars- all of them in very reasonable prices... and local food of excellent quality!
A sandy beach is only 100 meters away!
Last and more important is that you can easily reach amazing beaches like exotic Preveli, Ammoudaki,Damnoni in five minutes driving and Triopetra and Agios Pavlos with the amazing sand dune are quite close.
Rethymno city is 35min away to visit the unique Old Town and walk around in the picturesque alleys!
The beach, pharmacy, groceries shop, restaurants & bars are all in walking distance! Hower car is advisable in case you want to explore the area and get the most of your holiday!
