Nice clean and location was perfect. Everything you need for a short or longer stay is in the apartment. Beds are comfy, shower has great water pressure, big fridge. I was also happy that they provided basic foods as a welcome gift (coffee, bread, milk, etc) and salt/pepper/chili/oil . The apartment is in the basement, so it is cool and, yes, a bit dark, but I enjoyed that after a long day in sun and hot weather. The open courtyard is nice in the summer, too. The apartment bedroom windows are to the street, so late night noise is possile, but I slept like a baby with some earplugs. It is the center of the city, so you shoud expect some noise.
No negatives for me, but ymmv

Good range of 'gifts' left for us - bread, spread, jam, milk, juice, apples, beer.
Quite close to restuarants and shops and walking distance close to station. Also an easy walk to some of the main sights of Copenhagen.
Lack of instructions, eg, on how to use the television, we never got it working.
