About this apartment rental
The apartments are situated on the pedestrian promenade, in a quiet residential area of Oliva Playa, with access to the sandy ‘Aigua Blanca Blue Flag Beach’ right outside, perfect for children.
There are striking 360 degree views from the terraces, looking South towards the sophisticated seaside town of Denia, with the Montgo mountain behind, and North to Gandia, Cullera and on to the bay of Valencia. To the West is an intriguing hinterland of marshes, backed by beautiful mountains, valleys and villages, and to the East a wide vista of the Mediterranean.
The resort of Oliva Playa offers a selection of local restaurants, bars and cafes, and a few shops. There is also a Marina and Yacht Club. 'Oliva Surf', further up the beach, provides wind surfing lessons, canoes for hire and children's activities.
A couple of miles in the other direction is the world class Oliva Nova Golf Complex - designed by Seve Ballesteros, with an attractive par 72 links course.
Inland (and quickly reached by catching the local bus just behind the apartments) is the bustling modern town of Oliva, where there is an extensive range of shops and facilities, as well as a large weekly Friday Outdoor Market. The old part of the town, rambling up the hill behind, is quintessentially Spanish, with way-marked historic Moorish and Christian trails to follow, beautiful Churches and castle ruins, all overlooking the surrounding orange groves.

This is a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with a super host, in Maria, who was helpful and attentive.
Great location close to the excellent beach, with parking close by and only a short walk to bars and restaurants.
With plenty of living space and the two bathrooms it was great for our family of four and would easily accommodate seven.
With a car, it’s a short drive to larger shops in Gandia and Oliva town.
Overall highly recommended.

La casa esta bien, en primerísima linea de playa.
Hemos disfrutado mucho mas vacaciones. María siempre atenta por si te falta algo.
Las camas un poco incomodas. Por lo general todo bastante bien.

El alojamiento cumplió perfectamente las expectativas. Situado a escasos metros del acceso a la playa y muy cerca de restaurantes y zona de ocio. La atención de la propietaria, que estuvo pendiente en todo momento, impecable.

La ubicación es inmejorable, pero existen ciertos aspectos que no se ajustan a la descripción o son mejorables; a saber: no hay wifi en ningún punto de la casa (al menos en el apartamento en el que nos alojamos, porque por lo visto son varios); las camas son muy malas, dormir en eses colchón y con esa almohada es peor que dormir en el suelo, aspecto muy importante cuando uno va a descansar. El trato con la dueña fue complejo, a la hora de concretar detalles.
