Lovely and nice holiday house in Altea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area and at 3 km from Altea la Olla beach. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a garden with gravel and trees and a beautiful pool. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop and sports activities make this a fine holiday house to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.

Ruim huis, ruim erf.

Mooi schoon zwembad.

At the first sight the house looked light and had a Beautiful view over the sea from the kitchen and on the other side you can see the mountains. It had a lot of privacy and a big swimming pool. But after settling in we noticed a lot of deferred maintenance. There would be 3 bathrooms. Instead there were 2. Several things were broken. Our bedroom floor and a closet had a lot of water damage. After a view days it started raining and the whole floor was full of water. My new shoes where damaged with yellow stains. And after a few days the allready not so steady closet felt on top of the bed of my daughter. With here in it!! We are lucky the closet didn’t hit here. We have sent e-mails about the maintenance of the house but they did nothing. They just send an insurance agent for there damage during OUR stay. The room was damaged before we came. So don’t come unannounced during our stay. I have been waiting with this review in order to gave villa Altea time to reply at my complains and give us a compensation. But they didn’t reply.. We book a house every year in Spain. This was the first and last time by Vila Altea.
