We liked the amount of room for the price. It was a modern apartment with nice views. The bathrooms were nice.
Amenities were insufficiently stocked or provided. We had our room cleaned multiple times, but always came short on towels. The kitchen had some cutlery, but other utensils were non-existent. No baking dishes, so impossible to use the oven. No pods for the washing machine were offered, except for one. No trash bags. All of these had to be purchased at our own cost. The kitchen had only one pan that doesn't work on the electric stove and one pot where you have to cook everything with. In other words, offering a kitchen was rather pointless. Contact was difficult, especially when you check in late or after working hours. A security guard kindly escorted us to our room in the middle of the night, but he was not amused and with two babies we had a lot of bags to drag with us to the room

A very new and spacious flat near the airport, perfect if you’re driving to Sarajevo. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the apartment itself is large with modern, new facilities. However, it’s clear that maintenance could be improved — there was no hot water at first and we had to adjust the heater ourselves, and one of the bathroom showers was missing part of its door, which caused water to spill all over the floor. Despite these small issues, it’s still great value for money overall and a convenient choice for travelers.
