Location of the place - very close to the old town. Easily accessible and free parking spot.
It was really cold inside, we stayed there in December and I believe the owner should turn on the heat some time before the guests arrive (we waited a few hours for the place to warm up).

Good location, within walking distance to the old town and main tourist attractions.
Room with air condition.
Room is small for 4 persons, somewhat inconvenient. Shower and toilet is not separated in the bathroom at all - after taking a shower it becomes a swimming pool.
You can obtain the keys at a grocery shop at the ground floor of the building - staff does not speak foreign languages, so language barrier may happen.
