Staff friendliness & welcoming attitude. Proximity to railway station and tourist centre (restuarants & bars in particular). Quirky in a nice way, it has age but works and is super clean.
All good except wifi needs strengthening to cover all rooms.

The location was excellent - right off the main drag in Avignon, and it was excellent value for money.

The hotel is very close to the bus and train stations. There are several restaurants in the same area.
There was no hot water available for the bathroom sink and the shower water was barely warm enough to use—with the handle completely turned to hot. Only one small towel the size of a bath mat) was provided. The bed consisted of a bottom sheet and a duvet with no cover. It was all clean however.
