Spacious one-bedroom apartment. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric radiator in the bedroom, and air conditioning in the living room. The bathroom is comfortable and has an electric radiator. Spacious balcony, where we had breakfast. The apartment has a garage in the basement. The instructions sent by the hosts are clear. There is a grocery store and a bakery next to the house. We were there in early April, so we wanted to warm up at night, but in the mornings we could already enjoy the warmth on the balcony.
The apartment is a bit worn and needs updating. All the electrical equipment (fridge, dishwasher, TV, coffee maker, etc.) is of average quality, but works. The toilet is far from the bathroom and has no sink. There is no place to hang jackets in the corridor. There is an air vent above the window in the bedroom and there was a constant humming sound, but it didn't bother us much.
