Great location, amazing host who could not do enough for you.
Walls are thin so you do hear some noise from other rooms, but no big issue for us.

Loved the location. Not more than a 10 minute walk to the beach, town and entertainment. The owner was lovely and incredibly welcoming/helpful. Overall, although dated, the place was welcoming and clean. Was also easy to park and on a lovely quiet road.
We had a budget triple room and it was a little on the small side for 3 people, but not really an issue as we literally only slept there. If you want to spend time in your room with 3 people though there wasn't much room at all. The single bed in the room we had (2) was very uncomfortable. As soon as I sat on it the mattress sunk right down to the bed base and I could feel every single spring inside it which led to an uncomfortable night and not very much sleep.
