CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed on property or on balcony (strictly enforced).

We loved our stay in Orange Beach. This condo has a huge deck overlooking the ocean. The deck furniture was different than shown in the pictures but ample seating for our family. They supplied plenty of towels for our week stay. The pans in the kitchen were pretty scratched up (maybe switch to stainless steel) so we were glad we had brought one of our own. But overall the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Our stay was wonderful and we’d definitely come back!

Good times except no one around to open pool and fitness center for several days due to snow. Would make more sense to have a key code guest to get in it during normal hours instead of waiting for someone off site opening the door.

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL,LOCATED WELL, NOT HAPPY ABOUT PAYING EXTRA FOR 2ND CAR NEVER HAD TO DO THAT AT OTHER LOCATIONS. WON' T STAY HERE NEXT TRIP!
