Completely renovated farmhouse in the heart of a working farm (cattle and sheep farming). The owners renovated the family home, daring with color and combining contemporary with some antique touches.
Ground floor: large living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Electric heating. Courtyard and enclosed green space. ON SITE: Wellness area with a 5- to 6-person spa and terrace overlooking the Bourbonnais countryside. Outdoor games and relaxation room (pool table, table football, elliptical trainer), ping-pong table, and trampoline. These facilities are shared with the "Charme et Détente" 2-person cottage. Farm tours are available. St Pourçain-sur-Sioule, 18 km away. Moulins 25 km. A79 exit 5 km.
Gîte highlights: napkins and tea towels provided by the owner. A second gîte, "Charm and Relaxation," is located on-site and can accommodate up to 3 people.
