Great location, beautiful garden, friendly staff, checked us in earlier when possible. I found it really great that you can wash your feet after the beach before entering the house. Also great impression that sheets and towels have been changed every day.
I have few minor remarks:
1. The washing machine has been also used by the cleaning lady which makes it difficult having privacy regarding your own laundry. It might not be an issue at all for visitors without kids.
2. There was no shower stand which was inconvenient for bathing.
3. The garden is used by two Appartments. We had great neighbours from Poland which made that fact irrelevant, even pleasant. But the last night the second apartment had been occupied by bunch of noisy people, which is of no fault of the hosts and may not be a problem for everybody.

The apartment was spacious, very close to the beach.
The apartment is worn out, a lot of things need replacing, the stove is used by plugging it into the electricity (it cannot be turned off with a switch), after showering the water probably runs under the bathtub and leaks for hours after the shower so the bathroom is constantly wet, there are no awnings or parasols on the terrace so it is almost impossible to use during the day.

Perfect Location, very near to both the beach and the village. Owners are in general nice. Hause is pretty and yard is spacious. The bigger apartments seem to be very nice.
Our shower broke and the owners didn't repair it even though we asked multiple times. At first they said they will repair ir on the following they, on the next day we asked again around 19h but no answer came. A day later around 20:00h they wrote to us they are sorry for the delay and they will repair it on the following day. However, the following day was our departure day so we spent 3 days without being able to shower.
In general pets are allowed, but the cleaning personal came only once in 10 days to change the bedsheets ( on the third day). We recieved clean sheets on the table in front if the room( which is in general ok) on the evening before our departure.

- the location is close to the sea, and after a short climb of some stairs, one can easily reach the city centre
- there is a public parking place next to the beach so it can be used adequately (as the streets are narrow, it's unwise to park in front of the property)
- the apartment was cleaned during our stay and the place is generally clean
- the place is overflowing with mosquitoes, small flies, and ants: there is no mosquito net on the small terrace of the bedroom, so every insect gets a free pass into the house. There was a plug-in repellent provided, yet it had no repellent discs (had to be bought by us separately) and wasn't plugged in when we arrived. The walls are covered with mosquito remains (and of course live ones)
- there is little to none hot water and water pressure is terrible. It takes ages to take a shower and it's a cold one because the water is lukewarm at best.
- the telephone number in booking and in Google maps is unreachable. The actual phone is written on a sign on the property, the host doesn't speak English very well
- check out time was 8:30 AM and we had to wait personally for someone to pick the keys. We explicitly checked with the number provided for contact that we have to wait in person for someone to come and yet after a 40-minute wait, no one came
