The flat is ideal for two people. We travelled here without a car and were able to explore the surrounding area by ferry, train and bus and run all our errands on foot.
The flat is cosy and very quiet, and very well equipped. The host Laura is always available and made the start of our holiday even better with her little gifts.
Whether swimming at the surrounding beaches in Maccagno, Canobbio and Cannero or hiking from place to place, city trips to Milan or Lugano, a wonderful place to travel without a car! Thank you Laura, Sandra and Ella

Nice and clean, complete outfit. Nothing else to ask for but one thing; A proper desk one can work from using a laptop.
It's reasonably quiet, an oasis in the middle of the old center of Luino.
Everything you need is nearby: supermarkets, the lake, several good restaurants, the ferry is within 300m of the studio appartment.
Make certain to get your own means of transportation. I get the impression the public transport is not as regular and frequent one would like to have. (Maybe it's cause i"m from the Netherlands).
Be aware, if you don't speak Italian or German you may find it difficult to communicate with the people. Most of them don't speak proper English, eccept for a few.
In general very nice people. Especially the waiters in the restaurants are enthusiastic and willing to assist.
Lots of real nature everywhere you look. I regret not taking enough time to enjoy that part. Now i have a reason to return.

Das Apartment im Herzen der Altstadt von Luino ist sehr gepflegt und legt in einem Innenhof. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und sehr zentral!
