Гарна, затишна, тепла квартира. Є весь необхідний посуд. Засоби для миття. За допомогою термостату можна самому регулювати тепло у квартирі. Простора квартира з двома спальнями і зоною відпочинку з кухнею.

Large living room, well equipped kitchen, and a “study” that works as a second bedroom. Quiet location. Included off-street parking. Easy walking distance to Altstadt. Also has a nice patio area.
The English version on booking.com indicated that there was a dryer included in the amenities, which led me to believe that I would be able to do some laundry. There was no clothes dryer. The closest thing was a towel warmer in the bathroom—a nice feature, but not a clothes dryer. It might have been a mis-translation.

Wir haben eine hochwertig eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca 15 min zu erreichen.
Tiefgaragenstellplatz, elektrisches Garagentor, elektrische Rollläden, Fußbodenheizung, sehr bequeme Betten, alles zum rundum wohlfühlen.
Unsere Bitte nach frischen Handtücher wurde am gleichen Tag erfüllt.
Hier fühlt man sich als Gast wertgeschätzt!

Eine liebevoll eingerichtete gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem fußläufig zur Altstadt Bad Tölz. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Eine kleine Sekt-Begrüßung stand bereit und auch für Tee und Kaffee wurde gesorgt. Die Isarpromenade ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht. Auch ein Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe. Unser Auto parkte sicher in der Tiefgarage von der aus wir mit dem Lift in die Wohnung gelangten. Prima auch für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen.
